Cancellation Policy
We require a 48 hour notice in order to cancel or reschedule an appointment to avoid any fees. If your appointment is not cancelled or rescheduled prior to the 48 hours before it is scheduled, you will be charged 50% of the cost of your scheduled service. If you cancel within 24 hours you will be charged 75% of your scheduled service. 

Late Policy
In the case of a client being 15 or more minutes late to an appointment, they will be considered a no-show and will be charged according to the no-show policy.
If you no call/no show to your appointment, you will be charged for your scheduled service in full. 

Change of Service Policy

A change of service is any adjustment to your scheduled services. To make a change to the service you have scheduled, We require a 48 hour notice. If you choose to change your service within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, you will be charged 50% of the scheduled service.

Children Policy

We love to see and serve your little ones! Children 10 years and under are welcome to join you at your appointments as long as they are accompanied by an additional adult to provide child care while you receive your service. This is to respect other guests and stylists.
